Florivessa is an online retail store operated by Urumqi Stable Promotion Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the other policies published on the Site.

1. Intellectual Property & Content
All content available on the Florivessa website—including but not limited to product photography, brand names, logos, descriptions, graphics, packaging, lighting designs, illustrations, and website content—is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Florivessa and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
- We Welcome: You may share photos of your Florivessa lighting products on social media and tag us. We enjoy seeing how each piece becomes part of your space.
- We Prohibit: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially resell, or use our images, designs, logos, text, or other protected content to impersonate Florivessa, create misleading listings, or otherwise infringe our rights without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or an unrestricted license to any Florivessa intellectual property.
2. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality photography representing the dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, light characteristics, and other details of our lighting products.
- Minor Variations: Actual colors, textures, finishes, dimensions, and the appearance of illuminated light may vary slightly because of room conditions, bulb choice, color temperature, lighting conditions, screen settings, device displays, natural material characteristics, and normal production variations.
- Product Specifications: Please carefully review the dimensions, materials, electrical specifications, compatibility information, and other product details before placing an order.
- Right to Correct: We reserve the right to correct errors in prices, product details, promotions, availability, or other information and to update Site content when necessary.
- Errors Affecting Orders: If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include correcting the order, offering an alternative, or cancelling the affected order and issuing a refund where appropriate.
3. Your Account Security
You may choose to create a Florivessa account for a more convenient shopping experience.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and login credentials;
- providing current, complete, and accurate account and order information;
- restricting unauthorized access to your account; and
- notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.

- impersonate Florivessa or another person or entity;

Florivessa may restrict or terminate access to the Site or cancel affected orders where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, subject to applicable law.
5. Pricing & Payments
Pricing and Promotions
Product prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change before an order is accepted.
A later price change will not normally affect an order that has already been validly accepted and paid, except where a correction is required because of an obvious pricing, technical, or listing error.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.
An order confirmation may acknowledge that we have received your order. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:
- product unavailability;
- suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
- payment authorization problems;
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- shipping restrictions; or
- other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
Secure Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers using appropriate security measures.
Florivessa does not directly store complete payment-card details on its own servers where payment information is handled by third-party payment providers.
Taxes and Charges
Applicable taxes, shipping fees, duties, or other charges will be displayed during checkout where required or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping Policy.
6. Product Use & Limitation of Liability
Intended Use
Florivessa lighting products are intended for decorative and functional illumination.
Please review all product-page information, labels, warnings, and supplied instructions before use, installation, assembly, cleaning, or maintenance.
Compatibility & Installation
Use only compatible electrical specifications and components, including the specified:
- voltage;
- bulb base;
- bulb type;
- maximum wattage;
- plug;
- driver;
- dimmer; and
- accessories.
Hardwired wall lights, pendant lights, ceiling fixtures, and other products requiring electrical installation should be installed or serviced by a qualified electrician in accordance with the supplied instructions and applicable local electrical requirements.
Power should be disconnected at the appropriate circuit breaker before electrical installation or servicing.
Location & Care
Unless a product is expressly rated for another environment, use electrical lighting products indoors and in dry locations.
Keep electrical components away from water and excessive moisture.
Allow bulbs and fixtures to cool before handling, cleaning, or replacing components.
Do not use a product with visibly damaged wiring, plugs, sockets, electrical components, or structural parts.
Improper Use
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Florivessa is not responsible for loss or damage caused by:
- improper assembly or installation;
- incorrect wiring;
- incompatible electrical systems or components;
- misuse or abnormal use;
- accidents;
- unauthorized alterations or repairs;
- improper maintenance;
- failure to follow supplied instructions; or
- use of the product in circumstances for which it was not designed.
Service Interruptions
We make reasonable efforts to maintain a reliable Site, but we do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or continuously available during maintenance, system updates, technical disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Mandatory Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any liability, statutory warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Site, your purchase, or these Terms shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, you and Florivessa agree to make reasonable, good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith discussions, and unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise, the dispute may be submitted to a competent court in Urumqi, Xinjiang, People’s Republic of China.
If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction whose laws provide mandatory consumer protections, this governing-law and jurisdiction provision does not deprive you of any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived or restricted by contract.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising any right or remedy available under mandatory applicable law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business practices, services, products, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements.
When material changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date shown at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
